Therapy Services
At Jigsaw Play Therapy, we believe that every child holds the pieces to their own emotional and developmental puzzle. Our play therapy sessions are designed to help children express themselves, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies in a safe, supportive environment. Through play, children are empowered to overcome challenges, heal, and grow.
SALLY MORLEY
Meet Sally, Founder of Jigsaw Play Therapy
Sally has over 15 years of experience supporting children and families through her work as a Child and Family Practitioner. In 2024, she will complete her certification in Play Therapy from the Queensland Institute of Play Therapy. Sally’s passion is helping children heal emotionally and socially through therapeutic play.
Sally’s early experiences with trauma and challenges inspired her to pursue a career in helping children overcome similar obstacles. Her journey into play therapy began with nature-based and equine-assisted therapy, which has naturally evolved into Jigsaw Play Therapy.

What is Play Therapy?
Play Therapy is a child-centered therapeutic approach that uses play as the primary medium of communication. For children, play is their natural language—how they make sense of the world around them. In play therapy, we help children express feelings, process trauma, and navigate life transitions through structured and creative play activities.
Who Can Benefit from Play Therapy?
Play therapy is suitable for children from ages 3 to 12, but it can also benefit adolescents who may have difficulty expressing their feelings verbally. Whether your child is facing anxiety, difficulty with school or social situations, or adjusting to a new family dynamic, play therapy can offer them a healthy outlet for emotional expression and healing.
